How to start working in the gaming industry without education?

"So You Want to Be an Indie Game Developer?" I can not skip this question. But how to start working in the gaming industry without education?

I'm from the Russian Federation (Moscow). And at this moment i can pay only $200 per month for learning. Not $2000 per month.

Only one thing comes into the mind in this situation, is to start working in the gaming industry without education. Then I could save enough money for education, for the year. Just do not know where can i work through the internet, with minimum skills.
