Bob Edwards's Blog

I've been a gamer, and a reader, as long as I can remember. My Dad bought me a Nintendo when I was eight years old, hand in hand with my first copy of The Hobbit. Gaming and Literature have coloured my life ever since, and I've always had a passion for the creation and understanding of story.

I completed a B.A. in English, with a Minor in Medieval Studies at the University of Victoria, followed by a Diploma in Writing for Film and Television from the Vancouver Film School. While my primary focus at the school was writing Feature Length Films and the creation of Pilot Television Programs, it was working with the Game Design Students that taught me how much I wanted to write video games for a living.

I've worked on several independent and student projects as a game writer and designer, and currently write articles for The Vancouver Sun and work as a Content Writer for Interdimensional Games, as well as numerous other projects on Independent Mobile Applications, Comic Books and Scriptwriting.

Interestingly enough, Grand Theft Auto: The Lost and the Damned also had full frontal male nudity. It 's also played relatively straight which is interesting, since Rockstar generally fills their games with fairly juvenile humor.
