Hi Simon or whoever else might see this article, i've seen at least four different "people" who post maybe 1 game articel and then a dozen or more daily news blog posts. these are in rapid fire fashion... stephen jacobs is the most recent person to do this...
It has happened in a matter of days so someone/somebot is really hitting gamasutra hard. creating fake accounts? maybe putting a limit on how fast people can post blogs?
ah ok cool, it did seem weird that they bothered to use real names.. instead of vihagr@4u.ru heh heh. Yea i figured someone noticed this, but was surprised no one was annoucing something. thanks, i think this is a great feature and hate to see it get compromised...
yay apparently my blog got hacked too.. lol. I was temporarily "Caleb Gorner". Oh well... not that i could help it, but i appologize for the spam news folks.
yea i feel a bit like a schmuck because one of the first victims, i thought did it on purpose... so my appologies... i mean if i'm going to spam this site, i'd rather use headlines much more classy like buy vijagra 4 u and herbal bobbie enhancement... :)

And then the purpose of the attack wasn't clear to me, and I thought if it was angering the rest of the members against me .. well it's starting to work :-)
