After spending a lot of time reading Gamasutra out of passion for games and interest in the industry behind them, I've come to realize that there are an incredible number of similarities between it and teh startup world.  I would like to discuss a lot of the issues plagueing both (from hiring practices to making cool stuff) and mabye by taking a step out of the impassioned world of game businesses, we can forward the conversation in both worlds at the same time.
