| The parallel trends seen in the comic book and video game industry. Both have followed a very similar path, and by looking back, when can see what tomorrow's games will be. Maybe in ten years, us gamers will be playing our Citizen Kane of games. |

You don't have to always ... You don't have to always strive for art, but making games that are deeply meaningful to people is important too. I don't see why we can't have it both ways. |

Yeah, I did something similar ... Yeah, I did something similar to this about 6 months ago with a bunch of cheap/esteemed games from early on this generation. I got about half-way through about all of them, and no longer have the motivation to complete them Ugh. Just a word of caution haha. |

Thank you for clearing the ... Thank you for clearing the confusion. You make some great points on how action-RPGs are allowing the player more options, which can be very engrossing fans of Bethesda are some of the most hardcore/dedicated gamers out there, and could probably draw a map of the wasteland from memory .
