Glen Swan's Blog

Glen has almost 7 years of video game industry experience where he helped launch multiple AAA titles with a world-leading independent video game developer and publisher. His passions include community management of robust online communities, marketing like a rock star and providing high-level customer service.

With his extensive experience from working in the video game industry, Glen has worn many hats where he has succeeded beyond expectations. His responsibilities primarily include managing online communities for award-winning brands, creating delicious content for consumer consumption and playing a critical role in many marketing strategies when bringing those brands to market in both Europe and North America.

Glen has also worked closely with large-scale customer support and production teams for the AAA titles he helped launch over the years. He played a vital role in being the link between those teams and the consumers who enjoyed those titles. Glen’s work with communications, customer support, marketing and production has granted him great insight on all areas of video game development and publishing.
