Jerry Bonner has been a professional writer, journalist,critic, publisher, editor and producer for over ten years. He spent three yearsas the Publisher, both print and online, of a successful, independent comic company, Proletariat Comics, twoyears writing and editing, again both print and online, at a mid-sizenewspaper, The Daily Intelligencer. He also has had three screenplays optioned(mostly because of being a Chesterfield Screenwriting Fellow), two publishedshort stories and five published comic titles, along with teachingscreenwriting and creative writing at Delaware Valley College for severalsemesters.
In the realm of the interactive entertainment industry,he worked for the ESRB (Entertainment Software Ratings Board) for a time, andhis pieces have appeared in/on Electronic Gaming Monthly, Ars Technica, Yahoo!,What They Play, 1UP, GamePro, Game Focus, GamerCenterOnline, The Other View, UnNamed Gaming, TheCritics.tv, Geeks ofDoom, and GameStooge. Also of note, he created, wrote and produced several, videogame related Web/TV show pilots, Game Time! and Teddy and the Big Man.
He and his wife, Danielle, live in New Jersey with theirfour children, Kyle, Lexi, Steve and Bridget.
