Kirk Williams has been working odd jobs in Gaming since he graduated from Full Sail University - from being a Conference Associate at GDC to being a game designer for Nerjyzed Entertainment (the first African-American owned game studio with a title on Xbox360). He holds a MBA from Lindenwood University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Jackson State University. Xbox Live is opening up their services to include descriptions such as gender, race and sexual orientation. Hopefully, this will not cause a spread hate through the service.
Tell it like it is Valve, people just don't understand that making games is hard, and if you have opportunity to take your time and do it right, then the consumers will be thankful.
I agree, great interview - but guys let's keep the discussions civil. In order to a good game designer you have to respect other people's opinion and be open to all genre's.
OK, Bungie says they won't make another Halo game. Does that mean that Microsoft can have someone else make one. Does anyone know who owns the IP for the Halo franchise
I've never read as many HR issues about a game company then the Activison/Infinity Ward drama. Have the producers of Law and Order contacting them yet about an episode
