I thought i had it bad with the development of my own Kickstarter project wich failed to launch and it's experiencing delays, but at leats my backers are not considering to file a class action lawsuit!

This is exactly was is happening to Prime Labs, who launched a Kickstarter project to develop a game to teach muggles like me how to program. Even though you can buy and play a rough version of the game, the backers want faster development and their physical ewards. Well, that will not happen if the developer team keeps experiencing problems or if they lose a class action lawsuit some of their backers are considering.
