I'm a gamer like everyone else here. I am currently enrolled at Full Sail University in the Game Design Bachelors of Science program. It is new, but seems well thought out. Some big names in the industry are on the advisory board, and the structure makes a lot of sense.
It really seems like a tight program designed for the sometimes-middle-position of designer and I'm incredibly excited about it.
I currently live in Iowa and am considering the two game companies local to me for my future career.
My wonderful wife is a nurse on her way to having her Masters and is amazingly supportive of me while I go through this training process to realize a childhood dream.
