Paul Eres's Blog

i'm an indie game developer who has been making games since 1994, including immortal defense, and an editor on tigsource.com (a blog about indie games). currently i'm working on saturated dreamers, a game which has been in development since 2007 and will likely see release in early 2011. i also informally lead radical poesis games & creations, a group of indie and hobbyist game developers.

i used to run reasonably septaweekly and ohrrpgce monthly, two online magazines about the ohrrpgce (a game engine), and the human day contest, a game-creation contest where people could win a pair of alex chiu's immortality rings if they made an inspiring game.

Langdell afaik has never won ...

Langdell afaik has never won a trademark case on court, he just threatens folk. So I think it's wrong to say that this shows trademark laws need to be changed -- if they had found Langdell in the right I might agree, but they haven't. So why do they need ...

Man, loads of people queuing up to argue with Tim That's kind of what happens when behave like he has towards an indie developer -- there's a strong sense of community among us.
