So after taking the Mudbox model into 3DS Max and then retolopgizing half, I took all the middle verts and aligned them to the X-Axis and then added a Symmetry modified with weld. This game me a continuous pig bug made entirely from quads. Then since it will be rendered, I don't care about the poly count much so I added a TurboSmooth modifier and now I have a shiny new pig bug that I can UV unwrap and play with :D Yeah!
