| The "social" label is completely inaccurate. It has been since it's inception. To me, it's the game industry jumping on a buzzword and, in the process, creating an illusion as to what social gaming really is. |

| Mac gaming could get a needed kick start by making all games playable (and all apps useable) through an iPhone simulator. Why not? |

| Lots of people have doubts about digital distribution of games. So long as we're not cloud computing I don't see how it's any different from gaming of the past three decades. |

iPhone App Store Games: Prices And Lite Versions |

| Developers are learning to price apps at a point where they make the most money but I don't feel comfortable with the settling point many apps have reached (at around $5) that's too much. And give developers a demo option, like the rent button for movies. |

| A game controller/protective case (so it doesn't have to fit around your existing casing). 2 shoulder buttons, analog stick w/ cover (for when it's in your pocket), and a few face buttons. Apple's the first party and the one to set the standard. Money.. |

That does make a lot ... That does make a lot of sense, they involve social networking. But the term has been used to describe Wii games. Telling someone, You're not good enough at this game so were going to make the story move at a snails pace. isn't a good enough answer. A social experience, ... |

These guys are grown-ups. No ... These guys are grown-ups. No wonder they nail their family demographics so well. The whole Pick up, put down mentality is huge. As much as I like GoldenEye and NBA Jam Wii I often will just pick up my iTouch because I can game quicker. |

Games are the one type ... Games are the one type of app I think should get away with higher pricing for enhanced versions. Other apps just throw in high definition interfaces.
