  Using the game document as a backlog

I gave a speech at CEDEC, Yokohama and CGDC, Shanghai, which talks about how you can use the backlog as a game design document. 

It would be a way too long blog post to write out that speech so I recorded it instead. I apologize if I sound a bit incoherent, it's painful to do recordings as you become so self aware.
