Using the game document as a backlog
by Samuel Rantaeskola on 10/13/12 04:35:00 am   Expert Blogs

The following blog post, unless otherwise noted, was written by a member of Gamasutra’s community.
The thoughts and opinions expressed are those of the writer and not Gamasutra or its parent company.

I gave a speech at CEDEC, Yokohama and CGDC, Shanghai, which talks about how you can use the backlog as a game design document.

It would be a way too long blog post to write out that speech so I recorded it instead. I apologize if I sound a bit incoherent, it's painful to do recordings as you become so self aware.
