Shadow Physics was dropped from indie fund in July. I might release a little more info on this in the future but that's the gist of it, the game is no longer funded.

Very little if any of MGM's money went into Stargate Worlds. Like any licensed title the bill for development of the game was the responsibility of the developer. MGM almost going under was the result of other factors.
