You can still be profitable but not have enough of a margin to make it worth it, too. So just stating that something is profitable or even more profitable just doesn 't say much.

It was still a profitable game and there are numerous other MMOs who only run on a few thousand players. The business decision wasn 't about cutting a game from the portfolio that was losing money.

Its not unfortunate, the fact is women are already ridiculously overrepresented on such shows when hard core gamers are mostly male by any measure. r n r nEven women who do little more than play the role of eye candy would be preferable to a hard core gamer dude.
