@Joel: That's a good point -- there are jurisdictional limits to copyright law claims. But foreign companies like Mojang that conduct business with U.S. citizens can be subject to infringement claims here. And the proposed SOPA/PIPA legislation is all about policing foreign websites for copyright infringement.
