Jonathan started working at Ubisoft Montreal while finishing his degree in Marketing at Concordia. Since then he’s worked at and grown with the User Research Lab as a moderator, analyst and now as a project manager.

With nearly 10 years of usability research experience on over 20 shipped games ranging from huge AAA titles to much smaller children’s games, he has developed many new methods and techniques while at the lab, and been privileged to be a part of interesting new endeavours in user research such as enormous advances in telemetry and data tracking as well as biometric research.
