Ryan Dunnison's Blog

 

Hi, I'm Ryan Dunnison, a Game Designer, recent indie founder of Playful Fox Games Inc., instructor/teacher, and student of the industry. What that all that really means is that I'm super  passionate about this awesome indsutry and its history, culture, and creations.

To go into a bit more detail, I've mainly worked in Social and Mobile games in moderately sized companies on relatively small teams. I have generally been in a Game Design role, but have also dabbled in Analtyics, did my time in QA, and have some Managment and Scripting (I did make a game on my own in Unity, but would not at all consider myself an Engineer) experience. I've also taught courses in our industry's history, some level design, general game design, and others. This passion has also taken me down a path of an amatuer game historian, collecting and repairing consoles, documenting historical data, and even putting on a small exhibit.

Playful Fox Games Inc. is currently collaborating with Cheeky Chimp Games Inc. to help bring Tiki-Taki to market. We're also developing a game in-house, which we'll be announcing soon.
