Butterfly Having a Crappy Day

This piece was originally a painted piece for the cover of my sister's boyfriend's no-good band who said they didn't have the money to pay for it after it was done (even though they knew I was busting my ass on it a long time before it was finished).

I re-did the concept as a task for teaching myself 3D and this was the result. All artist starting out, heed my words: Do not work for musicians unless they pay you up front. Made with Strata StudioPro 2.5.3 and Photoshop 5.
