Searching for Sounds with FindSounds.com

Comparisonics Corporation has a tool for developers looking to add audio content to their applications. FindSounds.com is a new Web search engine from Comparisonics for finding sound effects and sample sounds on the Web.

More than searching text labels, FindSounds.com allows searches for audio files based on how they sound. It is designed to allow developers to search on multiple criteria, including file format, stereo/mono, resolution, sample rate, file size, even allowing developers to search for similar sounds on the Web based off sounds they have created.

FindSounds.com is free of charge.
