Event DescriptionThis International Computer Games Conference, organized by The University of Wolverhampton, England, and the University of Alicante, Spain is one of the leading research conferences devoted to the advancement of the theory and practice of games development. It brings together an international community of experts to discuss the state-of-the-art, new research results, perspectives of future developments, and innovative applications relevant to games development and related areas. The conference is organized in cooperation with the University of Wolverhampton UK, the University of Alicante, Spain, IEEE TCSIM, the Society for Computer Simulation (SCS), the Institute Electrical Engineers (IEE), the British Computer Society (BCS), the Digital Games Research Association (DIGRa) and The International Journal of Intelligent Games and Simulation.
We are delighted to announce that the 15th Conference will take place in the University of Alicante, Spain. Alicante is the capital of the province of Alicante, in the southern part of the Valencian Community. Amongst the most notable features of the city are the Castle of Santa Bαrbara, which sits high above the city, and the port of Alicante.
The Conference encompasses all topics related to computer games design and development. Papers are particularly welcome that cover the use of animation, mobile platforms, education, and AI for modeling and programming "believable characters", and serious games.
