Re: British Modder Convicted Under New Law
The English government should be ashamed of themselves. They're beholden to gang tactics from the ELSPA like this specific example of bullying and extortion. The act of modifying the equipment you own is your right, i.e. once your equipment is bought and paid for, it's yours to do as you will. The publishers do NOT have the a legal right to prevent you from doing this. This tactic is monopolistic and predatory in nature and has no place in government. The law in this case is absolutely absurd.
