Nintendo Of Europe Reveals Spring Line-Up

Officials from Nintendo of Europe have revealed details of the full line-up of first and third party titles to be released in the first and second quarter of 2008, including Mario Kart Wii but not the already delayed Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Unlike many other first and third party publishers, Nintendo continues to maintain a quite separate release schedule in Japan, North America and Europe - with many titles debuting at different times in different territories and often under different names.

The most notable absence in this new European schedule though is Super Smash Bros. Brawl, which was recently delayed from a late 2007 release in Japan and North American to January 24th and February 10th, respectively. The game was never announced for release in Europe during 2007, but its absence from the current schedules is unexpected.
