THQ, GamersGate Announce Digital Distribution Agreement

Download portal GamersGate has announced a distribution today that it has entered a PC digital distribution partnership with publisher THQ, covering THQ's current, catalog, and some future titles.

The agreement provides for global availability (excluding Australia and New Zealand) of Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts and Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance as well as the original titles Company of Heroes and Supreme Commander via GamersGate download.

The agreement also includes THQ titles including S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl, Full Spectrum Warrior, Juiced 2: Hot Import Nights and the upcoming Frontlines: Fuels of War.

Said GamersGate CEO Theodore Bergquist, "We are delighted to offer our global network of customers this premium portfolio from THQ. Our growing range of quality games as well as our accessibility and technical platform has made us a front-runner in the digital distribution arena and an attractive choice for PC gamers worldwide."
