GameFly U.S. Game Chart Highlights: Week Ending May 22

This week's top rental charts from U.S. game rental company GameFly, representing the most requested games for the week ending May 22, highlights the popularity surrounding video game titles that have been already released, as well as those that are yet to debut.
The top titles on the all-platform chart for the week were once again mirrored by those on the Xbox 360 specific chart. Across both charts, the most requested game for the week was Eidos' upcoming stealth action game Hitman: Blood Money, which is currently slated to ship on May 30 for the Xbox, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, and PC. The second most requested title for both charts was Activision's recently shipped X-Men: The Official Game, which serves as a prequel to the upcoming X-Men 3 feature film. Rockstar Games Presents Table Tennis rounded out the top three requests across both charts for the week.
The popularity of X-Men: The Official Game extended to both the Xbox and PlayStation 2, as the title took the top spot on each console's respective chart. Take-Two's adaptation of The Da Vinci Code ranked as the second most popular Xbox request, followed by Eidos' Hitman: Blood Money. These two titles swapped places in terms of PlayStation 2 requests for the week, with Hitman: Blood Money ranking second, followed by The Da Vinci Code.
GameCube requests for the week were topped by a pair of THQ releases with the video game adaptation of Pixar and Disney's upcoming CG animated feature film Cars ranked as the most popular request, followed by the action adventure title Teen Titans. The popular X-Men: The Official Game ranked as the third most requested GameCube title for the week.
Square Enix's Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories continued to be a popular request for the Game Boy Advance, as it ranked as the most popular title for the portable for the week. D3P's action adventure title Naruto: Ninja Council took the second spot, followed by Cars. Nintendo's New Super Mario Bros. served to be the most requested title for the Nintendo DS for the week, followed by Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day! and 3D action adventure Metroid Prime: Hunters.
This week's release of Sony Online Entertainment's turn-based strategy title Field Commander ranked as the most popular request for Sony's PSP, pushing the previous week's top title Daxter into the number two position. Sony and Team 17's adaptation of the PC classic Lemmings ranked in as the third most requested PSP title for the week.
