Rules for posts

  • Only one position may be advertised per listing, please. If hiring multiple persons for one type of position at a single location, simply use "programmers" or "animators" as the job title.
  • A single, specific location for each job posting (i.e. city, state, country) must be stated. This allows jobs seekers to better target their searches, providing you only the most qualified applicants.
  • You need to provide details about the position— what the job requirements are. Gamasutra reserves the right to edit job postings for any reason.
  • If you insert HTML code into your job listing, only use tags approved by Gamasutra. If we find you have violated this rule, we have the right to edit or remove your job listing from the site.
  • Logo's must be static images of 200 x 200 pixels, gif or jpg only, with a maximum size of size of 30k.
  • GDC Event Job Board posting guidelines, click here.
  • Job postings on affiliated sites, such as, Games on Deck and Serious Games Source, must be relevant to those specific mobile and serious games markets.
  • No HTML or email addresses located within the Enhanced Listing Description.
