  • Steve Fulton
  • Steve Fulton first played Combat against his brother on an Atari 2600 in the TV section of Fedmart in December 1977, and never looked back. He has been playing video and computer games ever since. Steve has programmed, designed, and/or developed dozens of online, web based games since 1999. He has written about music, video games, and programming for publications such as Spiral Scratch, Goldmine, Armchair Arcade, MochiMedia, thealarm.com, and Gamerdad.com. Steve currently works at Mattel Toys managing game and site development for some of the world's most popular kid's web properties. Steve's most recent game, Hot Wheels Spin City was played 1.2 million times in less than 10 days after release. It is still one of the top games on HotWheels.com. In 2006, Steve and his twin brother Jeff started the site 8bitrocket.com dedicated to Flash game programming, classic and current games, self-indulgent stories of misspent youth, and of course, Atari.
