Steve Chang

With a background in Electrical Engineering, Steve Chang has worked with patents in such technologies as telecommunications systems and software, semiconductor manufacturing processes, satellite communications systems, digital design systems, and television information systems.

Steve received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University in 1995, and his Juris Doctor from the Temple University School of Law in 1998.

Steve is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
