S. Gregory Boyd
S. Gregory Boyd is a game industry attorney with Davis & Gilbert LLP in New York. He is a long-time contributor to Gamasutra on legal issues. He is an author and co-editor of the popular reference book, Business and Legal Primer for Game Development. He has been an invited lecturer at Harvard Business School, MIT, Columbia Law School and other academic institutions. Boyd has spoken at several national and international conferences including GDC US/Europe/Online, and PAX. In addition to Gamasutra, his commentary on business and law in the game industry has appeared in several news sources including Fortune, Forbes, CNN, and Game Developer Magazine. He received law and medical degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from NYU-Stern.
