Iron Lore Gets New President, Hires EA Mythic Design Vet

Officials from Titan Quest developer Iron Lore Entertainment have announced that the company has promoted Jeff Goodsill (pictured) to president, while former EA Mythic designer Steve Marvin has been hired on as Iron Lore’s new design director.

Prior to his promotion, Goodsill worked as a producer and general manager for Iron Lore. In his new role, Goodsill will continue to oversee the studio’s daily operations, while providing leadership and working to improve team management and strategic planning involved with Iron Lore’s upcoming projects.

According to the company, Iron Lore is currently working on an unannounced project, and is preparing to begin work on a new title for next-generation consoles and PCs.

In addition, the studio has added Steve Marvin to its staff as the design director. A 10-year industry veteran, Marvin most recently worked as the senior and lead designer on EA Mythic’s Warhammer: Age of Reckoning.

"Jeff brings a wealth of game industry experience to his new role as president of Iron Lore," said Brian Sullivan, creative director and co-founder of Iron Lore Entertainment. "Not only has he been our General
Manager for the last three years, he was previously the general manger of both Ensemble and Papyrus. I have full confidence that he will successfully lead us through our transition to multiplatform development and multiple teams."
