Arjan Brussee, co-founder and development director at Killzone studio Guerrilla Games, has left the company after nine years to join Dead Space dev EA Visceral Games.

Brussee was an external lead programmer at Epic Games during the 90s, where he was the main developer on well-known platformer Jazz Jackrabbit.

He then went on to found Guerrilla Games in 2003. He was executive producer on all Killzone titles for PlayStation 2, PS3 and PSP up until Killzone 2.

He joins Visceral as executive producer. In a letter to Guerrilla, and as reported by Control-Online, Brussee explained, "It has been a great ride. Every year there was something ambitious, new and inspiring to put my energy into."

"For me, I now want to find a new personal challenge, which I hope to find at EA, and who knows where this will take me next."
