OGDC Announces Call For Submissions

Evergreen Events has announced the opening of its Call For Speakers for the the second annual Online Game Development Conference (not related to CMP's Game Developers Conference series), set to take place May 13-15 in Seattle.

The Call For Speakers is open to industry experts worldwide for keynote, speaking and moderating roles.

The OGDC 2008 conference will focus on all aspects of online game development across platforms, topically focusing on the technology, design, production, business, and globalization of games utilizing the internet. In addition to the content sessions, the event offers business-to-business meetings and networking opportunities.

Past speakers at OGDC include: Kevin Bjorke, Art and Technology Evangelist for NVIDIA; Joshua Hong, Founder and CEO of K2 Network; Won-il Suh, Vice President of Neowiz; Joseph Ybarra, Vice President of Product Development for Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment; Allison Luong, Founder and Managing Director of Pearl Research; Diana Li, Vice President of Shanda; Mike Goslin, Vice President of Virtual Reality Studio Disney Online, and James Gwertzman, Director of Business Development for PopCap Games.
