[In this weekly feature, Gamasutra rounds up the week's most popular paid and free iPhone and iPod Touch games, as current on the iTunes App Store.]

This week's top paid iPhone game titles on the App Store, as captured on March 19th 2012, are as follows:

1. Draw Something ($0.99)
2. Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation ($0.99)
3. Where's My Water? ($0.99)
4. Fruit Ninja ($0.99)
5. Words With Friends ($0.99)
6. Cut the Rope ($0.99)
7. Angry Birds ($0.99)
8. Bejeweled ($0.99)
9. Scramble With Friends ($0.99)
10. Angry Birds Seasons ($0.99)

OMGPOP's social drawing game Draw Something once again tops the iPhone's sales charts, as Gameloft's Modern Combat 3 returns to the top ten at second place following a drop in price to 99 cents.

Disney's Where's My Water? and Halfbrick's Fruit Ninja also report strong sales, as ZeptoLab's Cut the Rope moves up to sixth place after finishing fourth last week.

Here are this week's top free iPhone games:

1. Draw Something Free
2. DOOORS: Room Escape Game
3. Zombie Highway
4. Draw A Stickman: Episode 2
5. Lep's World Plus
6. Mr. Oops!!
7. Zombie Jombie
8. Plumber Crack
9. Air Wings
10. Temple Run

An ad-supported version of Draw Something heads up the free app charts, while 58works' puzzler DOOORS: Room Escape Game and Auxbrain's Zombie Highway trail as second and third place.

The St. Patrick's Day-themed platformer Lep's World Plus captured fifth place over the weekend, meanwhile, as PONOS' Mr. Aahh!! follow-up Mr. Oops!! claimed sixth place after recently becoming free to play.
