Former de Blob devs form mobile game studio Three Phase

Newsbrief: A trio of former Blue Tongue Entertainment veterans has formed a new independent games studio, and is preparing to launch its first game for iOS devices.

Three Phase Interactive is Paul Baker, Chris Burns and Drew Morrow, all originally senior staffers at the ill-fated de Blob developer, with the studio based in Melbourne, Australia.

The company's first game, Stunt Jumper, will be released later this year aimed at iPhone and iPad, and features cartoony 2D visuals and a variety of vehicle modifications. This is the latest studio to rise from the ashes of Blue Tongue, as the two original founders of the developer formed a new casual games company earlier this year.

Would be amazing if they got John Guscott to do the music. His work on de Blob is legendary!
