[In this weekly column, Gamasutra rounds up the most popular paid and free gaming applications on Google Play as of today, with Shark Dash, Where's My Water?, and BMX Boy currently ranking among the platform's top downloads.]

This week's top paid titles are:

1. Draw Something (OMGPOP, $0.99)
2. Angry Birds Space Premium (Rovio, $0.99)
3. Cut the Rope (ZeptoLab, $0.99)
4. Where's My Water? (Disney, $0.99)
5. Shark Dash (Gameloft, $0.99)
6. Phase 10 (Magmic, $0.99)
7. Minecraft: Pocket Edition (Mojang, $6.99)
8. Fruit Ninja (Halfbrick, $1.26)
9. Cut the Rope: Experiments (ZeptoLab, $0.99)
10. Grand Theft Auto III (Rockstar, $4.99)

Draw Something, Angry Birds Space, and Cut the Rope head up Google Play's app sales charts for the fourth week running, while Gameloft's Shark Dash enjoys a surge in popularity after premiering at ninth place last week.

Mojang's Minecraft: Pocket Edition also reports a sales boost this week, as Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto III returns to the charts after an extended absence at tenth place.

8. Drag Racing: Bike Edition (Creative Mobile)
9. Avatar Fortress Fight 2 (TopGamee)
10. Whack Your Boss (FireTeen)

Runnergames' side-scrolling stunt biking game BMX Boy takes fourth place in Google Play's free app charts, challenging recent favorites Temple Run and Draw Something Free.

Drag Racing: Bike Edition remains a popular pick at eighth, meanwhile, as FireTeen's Whack Your Boss enters the charts behind Avatar Fortress Fight 2 at tenth place.
