In the latest postings over the last seven days, Gamasutra's jobs board plays host to roles in every major discipline, including opportunities at Sony Computer Entertainment America, Playdead, and others.

Each position posted by employers will appear on the main Gamasutra job board, and appear in the site's daily and weekly newsletters, reaching our readers directly.

It will also be cross-posted for free across Gamasutra's network of submarket sites, which includes content sites focused on independent games and more.

Some of the notable jobs posted this week include:

Playdead Aps: Technical Artist:
"Playdead, maker of Limbo, is an independent game studio based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Founded by Arnt Jensen and Dino Patti in 2006, Playdead is currently in production on new IP with Arnt Jensen as Game Director."

Blizzard Entertainment: Reliability Engineer:
"Best known for blockbuster hits including World of Warcraft and the Warcraft, StarCraft, and Diablo series, Blizzard Entertainment, Inc., is a premier developer and publisher of entertainment software renowned for creating some of the industry's most critically acclaimed games. Blizzard's track record includes thirteen #1-selling games and multiple Game of the Year awards. The company's online-gaming service, Battle.net, is one of the largest in the world, with millions of active players."

Goblinworks: Game Programmer:
"Goblinworks is an exciting fast paced developer and publisher of a fantasy sandbox massively multiplayer online RPG based on the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game from Paizo Publishing. We are based in the Seattle suburb of Redmond. We commenced operations in mid-2012. We're growing, and we'll employ about 30 people by the end of 2013, doubling in 2014.

Our goal is to create a next-generation sandbox MMO that will focus on controlled growth and a very long customer lifecycle. We're not trying to beat World of Warcraft or make a billion dollars a year. We want to create a customer-centric business that is built to last."

Sony Computer Entertainment America: Business Development Manager:
"Be a part of the most exciting and innovating computer entertainment in North America. Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC markets the PlayStation family of products and develops, publishes, markets, and distributes software for the PS one console, the PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3 computer entertainment systems and the PlayStation Portable."

Airtight Games: Lighting Artist:
"Airtight Games is a group of industry veterans formed around the core team that produced the award winning, 90 Metacritic ranked game Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge. Airtight Games has also developed Dark Void with Capcom and most recently the critically acclaimed AAA title with Square Enix named Quantum Conundrum. We are now working on several new AAA titles for a variety of markets. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a unique project with a quality-focused development and publishing team."

Notice how the job listing at SCEA doesn't mention the Vita? That pretty much sums up how SCEA has supported it...

Sony has no idea that the Vita is one of their own product.
