I think it is a challenge many people faced all over the globe. On the bright side, I believe it is what gave birth to the Indie games world (Indie, not independent - Video game lexicon almighty first edition).
As much as I recall, I can be wrong, there aren't that many indies in Japan yet. Also, game jams organized within companies are a proven way to create interesting prototypes or creative cool stuff as well as finding the people behind it :-) |
