Newsbrief: As part of a move to reduce ambiguity and house all of its digital products under one roof, Electronic Arts has announced the launch of Origin Free To Play.

The new section of the Origin digital distribution service will soon house all of EA's Play4Free titles, such as Need for Speed World and Battlefield Heroes, and phase out the Play4Free service in turn.

Later this week, the Play4Free.com address will begin directing users straight to the Origin Free To Play website. EA says that it believes this move will prove convenient for its players.
