Gamasutra's regular round-up of worldwide video game releases, "Release This!", takes a look at every game title we know to be shipping to stores this week, in a custom compiled list.

This week brings Dead Space 3 and Fire Emblem: Awakening to North America, while Japan gets Vampire Resurrection and a 3DS remake of Dragon Quest VII.

The following list covers all of the game software we know to be available -- across all platforms and regions -- for the week ending February 9th, 2013.

Games Released in the United States:

Intelligent Systems' anticipated strategy-RPG Fire Emblem: Awakening hits the Nintendo 3DS in North America this week. Part of a long-running series in Japan, Awakening boasts deep combat mechanics, a more user-friendly Casual mode, and a unique character loyalty system.

Other titles shipping this week include EA's survival horror sequel Dead Space 3, Tecmo Koei's Dynasty Warriors spinoff Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2, and Sony's PS3 and Vita cross-play platformer Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time.

Nintendo Wii U:
- Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2

- We Sing: 80s

Xbox 360:
- Dead Space 3
- Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2
- Special Forces: Team X (Xbox Live Arcade)

- Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2
- Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time

Nintendo 3DS:
- Fire Emblem: Awakening

PlayStation Vita:
- Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time

PC:
- Dead Space 3

Games Released in Europe:

Dead Space 3 and Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2 also arrive in Europe this week, joining a 3DS port of Sega's kart racer Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed.

Nintendo Wii U:
- Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2

Xbox 360:
- Dead Space 3
- Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2

PlayStation 3:
- Dead Space 3
- Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2

Games Released in Japan:

Capcom's Darkstalkers series compilation Vampire Resurrection ships in Japan this week, offering ports of the '90s-era 2D fighters Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge and Darkstalkers 3.

Vita owners can expect to see a new entry in Tecmo Koei's popular Sangokushi (Romance of the Three Kingdoms) series, while the 3DS hosts a remake of Enix's PSone RPG Dragon Quest VII: Eden no Senshi-tachi.
