Curve Studios, the UK indie studio behind titles like Explodemon and Fluidity, today announced its intention to expand into publishing.

The studio, which is currently developing a PlayStation 3 and PS Vita version of Mike Bithell's Thomas Was Alone, says it will look to draw on its experience in the industry to help other indie studios publish their games on console platforms.

Curve's managing director Jason Perkins says that becoming an independent publisher is "the next logical step for Curve," given its success in self-publishing its own titles up to this point.

Those indie studios interested in collaborating with Curve will want to arrange a meeting at the upcoming Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, where the studio is hoping to find titles to publish.
