Newsbrief: Spec Ops: The Line studio Yager Development is now the first independent studio in Europe to license Epic Games' Unreal Engine 4.

The Berlin-based company is currently utilizing the engine for an upcoming next-generation console game, which it says will be unveiled in the coming months.

The move isn't a huge surprise, given that Yager utilized the Unreal Engine 3 for Spec Ops.
