BioShock Team To Keynote Develop Conference

Develop Conference organizers Tandem Events have announced that BioShock creator Ken Levine is set to keynote its July 29-31st conference in Brighton, UK with a talk on the "secrets" of BioShock's success.

Levine will join his creative team partners Christopher Kline, Nate Wells and Bill Gardner for the opening session on July 30th to speak on the game's development.

The 2K team will join previously announced speakers including Frontier's David Braben (LostWinds) and Naughty Dog's Richard Lemarchand, due to keynote the seven conference tracks, as well as four developers involved in creating cult titles Patapon and Echochrome for Sony's PSP and PlayStation Network.

Said Tandem event director Andy Lane, “We are obviously delighted to be welcoming Ken and the team to Develop in Brighton. Their passion and experience are genuinely inspirational and this session will be a fantastic start to a packed two days of knowledge building sessions. So, would you kindly take your seats, it’s going to be a brilliant few days by the sea with many of the biggest and brightest names in the development world speaking, participating and partying."

I'd love to hear what Ken Levine has to say. Bioshock was more than a success, it was truly innovative.
