Newsbrief: Jellyvision Games, best known as the studio behind You Don't Know Jack, has officially rebranded as Jackbox Games.

"The rebranding of our studio represents the completion of an evolution," general manager Mike Bilder said in a statement from the studio. "We're seizing the opportunity presented by new generation platforms to bring more games to market ourselves -- however and wherever they best fit."

The move is in keeping with the studio's previous announcement that it would be bringing You Don't Know Jack -- which has already seen over 3.5 million installs on Facebook and mobile devices -- to the Ouya later this month.
