More: Console/PC, Business/Marketing

Newsbrief: The Xbox One is due to launch in China in September, and the country's largest broadband provider will be putting marketing muscle behind the console.

Microsoft has announced that China Telecom's 30 million broadband subscribers will be able to purchase Xbox One via its Smart Home initiative, as part of their broadband subscription packages.

The console will also be available at Chinese retail, as part of a previously announced deal with Shanghai-based BesTV.

Microsoft has promised more announcements on its plans for China for next week's ChinaJoy conference.

Actually xbox will be tied with so many extra functions but will not keep the game function as its core function in China. What a pity
