Newsbrief: Amazon has completed its acquisition of livestreaming platform Twitch, according to a new SEC filing.
The acquisition was originally revealed back in August, when Amazon said it had agreed to pay $970 million for Twitch in an all-cash deal.
A new SEC filing from Amazon today simply states, "On September 25, 2014, Amazon.com, Inc. completed its acquisition of Twitch Interactive, Inc."
