Got a great talk idea for the perennially popular Game Career Seminar at GDC 2016? Now's the time to pitch it, because the deadline for Game Career Seminar talk submissions is coming up fast: this Friday, October 2nd at 11:59 PM Pacific.
Here's why you want to be a speaker there: Game Career Seminar (which will take place Friday, March 18 to close out GDC 2016) is a one-day program designed for students and individuals interested in learning how to build a career in the video game industry.
Attendees will experience interactive sessions, network with industry professionals, have the chance to meet with HR representatives from leading game companies in the Career Pavilion, and most importantly, learn how to get their careers started in the video game industry.
Top game developers and industry experts will be there to share their perspective and insights, and all GDC 2016 passes will allow entry to the Game Career Seminar. However, a special one-day Student Pass for currently enrolled students over the age of 18 is also available onsite at GDC on Friday, March 18.
Organized by the UBM Tech Game Network, GDC 2016 takes place March 14-18 at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco, California.
