IGDA elects two new members to its board
IGDA elects two new members to its board

Members of the International Game Developers Association have cast their votes and elected two new board members: game developers Lucy Morris and Vesa Raudasoja.

Both are active members of the organization, as Morris serves as chair of IGDA New Zealand while Raudasoja has been a longtime active member of IGDA Finland.

They were elected after 15 percent of the IGDA membership turned out to cast ballots during the organization's most recent board of directors election, which ran from January through to the end of February in an effort to fill two seats on the board.

The new board members officially start their terms of service April 1st, and their election coincides with the departure of extant IGDA board members Sheri Graner Ray, Tom Buscaglia and Luke Dicken.
