Gamasutra is debuting a new partnership with UK-headquartered information aggregator GamesPress, with a new 'press releases' section listing the latest unfiltered industry announcements.
The agreement brings together the industry's leading online trade publication and its leading online trade material repository. Gamasutra will mirror all press releases submitted to GamesPress in their original form in a dedicated section of the Gamasutra website.
UK-headquartered GamesPress, the definitive one-stop resource for the video game industry, hosts press releases as well as game assets, release dates, and industry contact information. It is used by over 34,000 industry professionals.
The Gamasutra press release archive, updated in real-time with all the latest industry releases, is now available to browse.
The section is regularly accessible to users via a link in the left column of the Gamasutra front page, and a press release-specific RSS feed will be added to Gamasutra in the near future.
In addition, video game developers, publishers, and middleware firms can submit their press releases to GamesPress and the Gamasutra press release page by following instructions on GamesPress' asset submission page.
