This week's top paid iPhone game titles on the App Store, as captured on September 19th 2011, are as follows:

Firemint's Spy Mouse tops the iPhone's sales charts for the fourth week in a row, leading over Rovio's Angry Birds and Angry Birds Seasons.

Disney's Club Penguin spinoff Puffle Launch takes fifth place in its debut week, meanwhile, as Gameloft claims two chart spots with the sale-priced BackStab and NOVA 2.

Moxy Games leads today's free charts with the recently released Hair Plucker, as Robert Szeleney's sorting title Occupied ranks in at second place after being featured on Free App A Day.

Backbreaker Football creator NaturalMotion claims third place with its free-to-play horse-raising sim My Horse, while newcomer Neon Knight finishes fifth in its first week of release.

I love all the angry reviews of this #1 game in iTunes. And still the only reason I even clicked to read this article was because of the pic of the girl..

If it was the top paid app I would wonder. But top free? Whatever bunch of boys, and younger men doing what they can to get their sexual fascination fix.

Women will probably hate it, but we have been instinctualy programmed this way for thousands of years.

That's the kind of app people point at when describing why they will stick with dedicated mobile gaming platforms (PSP, DS, 3DS, Vita). Can you blame them?
